Wife loves them and Aas they say "Happy Wife = Happy Life". I only wish there was a switch to retract them as they can be shin knockers when dealing with cargo in the back seat area. That said I would not have a 4X4 without them.

The amp power step is the answer to my problems with my 2009 f-150. I had a knee replacment and my wife could not get in the truck with out my assistance.The steps were easy to install. and the directions were clear.My wife and I can enter the pick-up with all ease now.We do not even need the pull handels in the truck.

Hello. I'm not really sure how to leave a review but I wanted to contact someone to just say thank you. I just ordered my second set of steps since I just bought a new Dodge Mega Cab. Here's why. Aside from being really neat and functional, I bought a set of steps not too long ago for my 2005 Hummer SUT which I just traded for a 2010 Mega Cab Dodge. The reason I purchaced those for the Hummer was because my dad LOVED the Hummer but had had a stroke and struggled to get in and out of it. I stopped driving it to see him and he would always ask why. I didn't want to say that I hated to see him struggle.

Anyway, once I added the steps he could get in and out MUCH easier and I could once again take him out in the Hummer. He loved it. I kept the truck until he passed away at the end of August. Now it's time to move, on but I would be remiss if I didn't thank you and your company for helping me give him that joy not to mention the joy of being able to take my dad out in the truck before he passed. I am extremely grateful.

This is part 2 of my AMP Research Power Step. Once again you can watch the install video on MotorzTV. As you can see they look great under my truck. If you are like me, you will like the way they tuck up under the truck to keep the original look that we all like so much. As far as function goes, I don't know how I got in and out of the truck without them. It is so easy now! The guys over at www.electricstep.com (323-276-2999) are great. They have the cheapest prices on the net. If you want steps like this give those guys a call. The install took just under 3 hours and with the directions it was a piece of cake. I first would like to the thanks the sales Rep at ElectricStep who provided me with the best customer service that I have even been given. Management at this company is doing something right. The Rep answered my questions and was able to point out some critical details of the install that I was hesitant about. Even when the rep was unsure of a certain detail, he was able to conference called the Tech guy at AMP Research (Bruce) to make sure that my question was answered correctly. (my thanks to Bruce as well) What was more surprising was that Electric Step assured me that the item I was ordering was in stock and that they controlled the largest inventory in the country. I ordered my steps on Monday and my order was delivered by Wednesday. WOW. I would recommend anyone who wants to be treated like a valued customer to buy from Electric Step. They are just what I needed - I have had back surgery and I have a bad leg also, but with the electricstep I can now get in and out of my truck with out any problems ! I love em !

Thanks for taking the time to help me with the install of the Powersteps on my 2008 GMC Sierra Crew Cab. The clips on the door were tighter than I've experienced but I didn't break any and the passenger side was easier than the driver side. I also installed the lights. It all makes it a lot easier for me to get in and out of the truck especially when it's dark outside. Folks around Thomasville are amazed at the steps and ask me here I got them. I finally installed the steps on the truck, and let me tell you this is a perfect buy, really happy with it so far. I live in quebec,canada so can't wait to see what winter will do to it!! Amp Research Power Steps ROCK. No loss of ground clearance; they turns heads and draw compliments everywhere I go; they score very high on the "cool" meter. And be sure to spring for the optional lighting kit; it really adds a nice touch in the evenings.

ElectricStep takes customer service to an unprecedented extreme. Without any doubt, this is the best vendor I have dealt business with; ever; period; end of story. Their prices are the lowest; and even if you do manage to find a slightly lower price somehwere else, trust me on this one: paying a little more will be well worth it if you need any help whatsoever. Ray either answered the phone, or (quickly) returned phone calls - even on Sunday afternoon! I was truly amazed several times during the course of the transaction and installation.

Rest assured, anything else they sell that I decide I need (want?), I will be coming be straight to ElectricStep; Ray spoiled me and has rendered shopping obsolete!

The rest of the business world doesn't have even a CLUE!

The following is a complete Power Step install on the 2008 Tundra. I have learned a lot and could save hours if I ever did this again.

The install was pretty strait forward. About 3 hours including taking the OEM steps off and drinking beer. I absolutely love these AMP Research steps.

They work great and are very solid. I get alot of looks when entering and exiting the truck. Everyone that has seen them, loves them.

I gotta give this place three thumbs up!!! I ordered some Amp steps Thursday,they were delivered to our door Tuesday afternoon. Talk about fast!!! Anyway, turns out the brain was bad. Not giving out the right signals to the passenger side. All it took was a phone call and a bit of trouble shooting and a new brain is on the way. The customer service is excellent! So if anyone is looking for AMP Steps, we highly recommend them.
