Once the Extension Kit is installed, the Powerstep in the up position (retracted) will be exposed from under the Vehicle. The Amp Research Power Step Extension Kit for extra tall trucks. Lifting trucks for higher ground clearance and oversized tires is all the rage from coast to coast, but for every big lifted truck, there's an equally big leap to gain access to the cab. That's why AMP developed the Power Step Extension Kit, to make climbing into or out of tall trucks easier by giving the boards an extra 2-inch drop when deployed. Constructed from solid, machined billet aluminum with black anodized finished. Each kit contains 4 extension arms and all required hardware for easy bolt-on installation. Works best with lifted Ford Super Duty and Dodge Ram Trucks. Recommended for Superduty and Dodge Trucks with High Lifts.
