AMP Research will warranty all parts associated with the Powerstep for 5 Years or 36,000 miles which ever occurs first.  Warranty does not apply if the customer declines to authorize specifc labor, parts or service required for satisfactory performance. This warranty does not apply when the custmomer or your representative tampers with or alters manufactures original equipment. This warranty does not cover loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of vehicle, or other incidental or consequential damages. This warranty is given in lieu of any other expressed or implied warranty. Cost of any action taken to collect overdue accounts, including attorneys fees, or agents shall be borne by purchaser.
