Review: Thanks again for all of your help straightening out my ordering error. The module (correct part) arrived this afternoon and it took care of all of my issues. I really like how the new module has a delay timer to accommodate people like my wife who in six years never learned to keep her front door ajar before opening the rear door on her side. I'm surprised that she didn't destroy that motor she did it so many times. Thankfully, no more of that problem any more. I also appreciated getting the scoop on the Ford power step option...that it isn't a straight AMP clone. Next new truck I buy, I'll be ordering AMP power steps from you guys again. Excellent customer service!!!

Review: I've had the amp steps on my truck for years and they started to only come up or down about 75% of the time. Saw other guys had the same issue so I got this new updated unit that plugs in to the old harness in 2 seconds and my steps work like new. I was able to add the LED kit also.

Review: I recently purchased a GMC 2015 2500 HD Truck. It sits higher than most trucks and thus I installed the standard stationary step rails. This placed the first step 16" from the ground. My wife has bad knees and came close to seriously hurting herself trying to maneuver to the ground with the stationary rails. I started searching and found the "Power Step". This product is remarkable. It's now 11" from the ground, automatically folds down each time I open any door (I have a Crew Cab) and folds up when the door is closed. As an added feature they include a dedicated light to shine on the steps at night when the door is opened. Works great with my wife getting out now, and (I guess this is a guy thing) it's really cool to watch the steps automatically fold down and back up again. They look great on the truck and you would not even know they were there except when they fold down. In addition, all of the parts, all the way down to the crimp connectors are first class quality parts. I had a problem after someone took part of the wiring out of the back of my truck prior to completing my installation (my mistake) however, I called ElectricStep.com and they immediately reacted with a replacement. They did some calling around and called me back within 15 minutes and told me exactly what they would do to replace my missing parts. I received them the next day overnight. Great customer service. If you don't know by know I highly recommend this product. Some stay it's cost is too much, but not when you consider the technology one gets to make all of this work. Great product!

Review: 9 yrs after install, noticed that steps would intermittently fail to deploy on both sides. Used flow sheet to diagnose the problem. Installed new controller and wa-la! Good as new.
